Her expertise in optimizing client value, strengthening data analytics, and heightening operational strategy has driven notable contributions. Monica has a passion for process improvement and results-focused strategy. Her belief that all goals can be measured, analyzed and ultimately exceeded is anticipated to drive continued notable contributions through her role of COO of FOXX Construction.
Jacob Schneider

8 Years with FOXX VP of Operations With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jacob Schneider has been a driving force behind FOXX Construction's success for the past eight years. He has led high-profile projects across various sectors, partnering with renowned companies such as Amazon, Toyota, The Cincinnati Reds, Hard Rock Casino, UC Health Medical Center, The Christ Hospital, Duke Energy Convention Center, Northern Kentucky Convention Center, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Jacob's expertise spans preconstruction services, project management, budget oversight, and scheduling. He is a master of value engineering, consistently finding innovative ways to deliver cost-effective solutions without sacrificing quality. Known for his strategic approach, Jacob drives that projects are to be completed on time and within budget ahead of schedule and under budget, making him an indispensable leader in every phase of construction.

Natalie has close to 10 years of experience in cultivating and maintaining client relationships. She has a demonstrated history of acquiring and retaining new relationships, specialized customer service, implementation of strategic priorities, research and analysis, and team building with collaboration. She is an advocate for our clients, leads tactical change to better our organization and, in turn, our clients’ organizations.
