WHO WE ARE
Since our founding in 1983, we have managed the construction of some of the most significant facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our portfolio includes the Shoemaker Center at the University of Cincinnati, all of Procter and Gamble’s major facilities since 1991, the Cincinnati Reds’ Great American Ball Park, and the Duke Energy Convention Center’s expansion to name a few. We served as Lead Construction Manager for the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center’s Liberty Township campus as well as Construction Manager for the Health Alliance’s Linder Center of HOPE in Warren County, Ohio.

When the construction project is complete, we add value through facility management solutions, providing increased responsiveness and cost advantages to our clients to improve and maintain their investment.
